Chiropractor

Mike Hollern D.C.

Dr. Mike Hollern is an 8 year veteran of the United States Army. He spent 3 years in active duty and 5 years in the reserves. He received his commission in 1985 as a Field Artillery officer after graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Through his dedication to our country he was rewarded with the promotions of 1^st Lieutenant and later Captain in the Military. After leaving the Army, Dr. Hollern decided to pursue a career as a Doctor of Chiropractic. In continuance of his education he attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas and received Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1993.

Through chiropractic, Dr. Hollern treats patients that are having spinal related problems. Whether those issues are back pain, neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake up in the morning, Dr. Hollern takes a "whole person" approach. This means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, as opposed to just treating the symptoms. Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often arise from imbalances in the spinal column. Dr. Hollern will be able to determine the root of the pain and create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient's individual needs. Under the supervision and care of Dr. Hollern, patients report higher functioning in all areas of their lives.

Office Manager

Cat

Cat serves as the Office Manager at Hollern Chiropractic, where she ensures the daily operations of the practice run efficiently and effectively. In addition to overseeing administrative functions, she assists patients with billing and insurance matters, helping make their experience as smooth as possible.

Since joining the team in August 2023, Cat has developed a strong interest in medical imaging and has since begun pursuing a degree in Radiology. She takes great pride in supporting patients on their journey to improved spinal health and values the lasting relationships she has built with them. Outside the office, Cat enjoys music and poetry, has a deep appreciation for rocks and minerals, and loves spending her weekends with her cat, Nicky, or exploring the natural beauty of her home state of Michigan.

Regina

Regina, our Patient Coordinator, is the first smile you will see when you come in for your appointment at Hollern Chiropractic. If you have any questions regarding your schedule or appointments, Regina is the one to talk to!

Born and raised in the South End of Louisville, she recently graduated in 2025 from Atherton High School, and is now studying at the University of Louisville with the goal of becoming a dentist. Her favorite part of the job is being able to give care to patients in need, and being a part of their healing journey. On her off time, Regina loves playing with her dog Cookie, going shopping, and spending time with her friends and family.
